Use Website editor > Testimonials to manage both manual testimonials and customer reviews submitted from completed bookings.

How review requests work

• After a booking is completed, BouncePlatform can send the customer a private feedback link a few days later.
• The customer can leave a rating, public display name, and comment without signing in to the customer portal.
• Submitted reviews arrive as pending testimonials so your team can approve, edit, reject, or archive them before anything appears publicly.

How to publish safely

• Approve only reviews that are accurate, readable, and appropriate for your site.
• Edit the public quote if you need to shorten or clean up wording, while keeping the original review available for reference.
• Leave permission to publish turned on only when the customer allowed the review to be reused publicly.
• Use Featured for stronger testimonials you want templates to prioritize.

What archiving does

Archiving removes a testimonial from active use without deleting the original record. Use it for old, duplicate, weak, or no-longer-relevant testimonials you may still want to restore later.
