BouncePlatform (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website at bounceplatform.com (the “Site”) and use our software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy applies to Operators (business subscribers), End Customers (consumers who book or interact with Operators through our platform), and all other visitors to the Site.
By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
Information Provided by Operators
When Operators register for and use the Service, we may collect: name, email address, phone number, and business name; business address and service area information; payment and billing information (processed and stored by our third-party payment processor, Stripe); login credentials; inventory and equipment details; business logos, photos, and descriptions; and any other information voluntarily provided through the Service.
Information Provided by End Customers
When End Customers interact with the Service through an Operator’s booking page, waiver form, or other tools, we may collect on behalf of the Operator: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address; event details including date, time, and location; payment information (processed by Stripe or another integrated payment provider); digital waiver signatures and related information; and any other information submitted through booking or waiver forms.
Important: End Customer data is collected and processed on behalf of the Operator. The Operator is the data controller for End Customer data, and BouncePlatform acts as a data processor. Operators are responsible for providing their own privacy disclosures to End Customers regarding the collection and use of their data.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Site or Service, we may automatically collect: IP address and approximate geographic location; browser type, operating system, and device information; pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Service; referring website or source; and cookies and similar tracking technologies (described below).
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to: maintain your session and remember your preferences; analyze usage patterns and improve the Service; deliver relevant communications; and support security and fraud prevention. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process transactions and send related notifications; to create and manage Operator accounts; to facilitate booking, scheduling, and waiver management on behalf of Operators; to optimize delivery routes and logistics; to send administrative communications, including service updates, security alerts, and billing notices; to respond to inquiries and provide customer support; to analyze usage trends and improve user experience; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; to comply with legal obligations; and to enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use End Customer data for our own marketing purposes. End Customer data is processed solely on behalf of the Operator.
How We Share Your Information
With Operators
End Customer information collected through the Service is shared with the Operator whose booking page, waiver form, or other tool the End Customer used. Operators may use this information to fulfill bookings, communicate about reservations, and manage their customer relationships.
With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including: Stripe for payment processing; email and SMS communication providers; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; analytics services; and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing their services to us and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
For Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to: comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; protect the rights, property, or safety of BouncePlatform, our users, or the public; or detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
Business Transfers
If BouncePlatform is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information via email to Operators and by posting a notice on the Site.
Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may create aggregated or de-identified data from the information we collect. Aggregated and de-identified data is not personal information and may be used by us for any lawful purpose, including industry analysis, benchmarking, and improving the Service.
With Your Consent
We may share your information with third parties when you provide explicit consent to do so.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Data Retention
We retain Operator account data for as long as the account is active and for 30 days following account termination, after which data may be permanently deleted. End Customer data is retained on behalf of the Operator for the duration of the Operator’s subscription, and for 30 days following termination. Waivers and transaction records may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable law or as necessary for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution. Automatically collected data (e.g., analytics, logs) is generally retained for up to 24 months.
Operators may request export or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at support@bounceplatform.com. End Customers should direct data access, correction, or deletion requests to the applicable Operator. If an End Customer is unable to reach the Operator, they may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the request.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including: encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL; encryption of sensitive data at rest; role-based access controls; regular security assessments; and secure cloud infrastructure provided by reputable hosting providers.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable regulatory authorities as required by law.
Your Rights and Choices

Operators may update or correct their account information at any time through the Service’s account settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

You may opt out of non-essential email communications by using the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or by updating your notification preferences. You cannot opt out of transactional or administrative communications related to your account or the Service.

These rights may include: the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information as defined under these laws); the right to correct inaccurate personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, you may submit a request using either of the following methods: (1) by emailing us at support@bounceplatform.com, or (2) by sending a written request to BouncePlatform, 279 Barrington Lane, Bourbonnais, Illinois 60914. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
Authorized Agents
If you use an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf, we may require the agent to provide proof of authorization (such as a signed written permission or power of attorney) and may independently verify your identity.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@bounceplatform.com.
Note: End Customer waiver forms may collect information about minors for the purpose of liability releases for bounce house usage. This information is collected on behalf of the Operator, who is responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding the collection of information about minors, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the Service. Key third-party services integrated with our platform include:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
International Users
The Service is hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. We do not currently offer the Service under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) framework, and the Service is primarily intended for users located in the United States.
Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals, the Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this Privacy Policy if we adopt a DNT standard in the future.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, updating the “Effective Date” above, and sending an email notification to Operators. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
