Open Bookings, choose New Booking, then work through customer, schedule, products, pricing, and notes before saving.
Fields that usually matter most
- Pick the correct customer first so contact history, past bookings, and saved details attach to the record you are creating.
- Schedule details drive availability checks, delivery planning, and conflicts, so review date, start time, end time, and service window carefully.
- Product quantity and pricing should be reviewed before you collect payment because later edits may change the total.
Before you save
- Confirm required products are available for the selected time window.
- Add internal notes only when the team needs operational context such as stairs, gate codes, setup constraints, or venue timing.
- If the customer is ready to pay, record the deposit from the booking instead of creating a disconnected payment later.
