Why a report may look empty
Check filters, date range, and report type before assuming data is missing.
Where this lives
An empty report usually means the report is scoped too narrowly, pointed at the wrong dates, or filtered to a status that currently has no records.
First things to inspect
- Date range, record type, status filter, and business scope.
- Whether the report expects completed data while you are looking at upcoming activity.
- Whether the report definition itself is the right one for the question.
How to verify data is really present
- Run a broader filter set and narrow it down again once you see records.
- Cross-check one known booking or payment in the base area of the app.
- If scheduled output is empty, inspect the saved report definition rather than just rerunning it blindly.
